The GH Avalon Sikani Resort is located near the beautiful town of Gioiosa Marea, on the northern coast of Sicily known as the "Costa Saracena", near Capo Calavà. The hotel overlooks the wonderful Tyrrhenian Sea in front of the famous Aeolian Islands and offers its guests a suggestive landscape.
Gioiosa Marea is the perfect mix between history and entertainment, the ideal place to visit the Nebrodi Park, Cefalù and Taormina but also many other places rich in history. Reception, infinity pool, children's pool, solarium with sea view, pool bar, lobby bar, free wi-fi at reception, running center with treadmill, entertainment for children and adults at set times, shuttle to/from the beach at set times, restaurant, 60-seat meeting room. A small but delightful wellness area, the ideal place to relax. There are two Finnish saunas, a massage room, a relaxation area with a corner for enjoying excellent herbal teas. About 3.5 km away is a sandy beach with sunbeds and umbrellas, reachable by shuttle service and equipped with a bar, restaurant and beach services included in the club card.
Club Card: mandatory from 26/05 to 22/09 includes beach service, 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds per room (not assigned), shuttle service to/from the beach, use of the infinity pool and children's pool, entertainment at set times , sports facilities, aerobics and water aerobics, shows and cabaret (in high season).
The modernly furnished rooms are located in four buildings connected by elevators and corridors. All rooms have a wonderful sea view, bathrooms with shower or bathtub, LCD TV, air conditioning, telephone, minibar (with bottle of water for a fee), safe and hairdryer, some have balconies overlooking the sea.
Standard Room: room with double bed or two single beds, available with third bed and bunk bed. These rooms are located in the 3rd and 4th towers of the hotel
Comfort Room: located in the main buildings (1st and 2nd tower), it has a bedroom with a double bed or two single beds, also available with a third bed and a bunk bed.
Rooms for disabled people are also available.
Small pets allowed with a supplement of €100.00 for final cleaning (balance on site). They are not allowed in the common areas.
