Small pets (max 12 kg) allowed on request, supplement of €25 per day to be paid on site. on site (includes pet bed) service to be requested only at the time of booking. The requested supplement guarantees safe and certified sanitization. An international booklet certifying the presence of a specific microchip and annual vaccinations is required. Animals cannot access the SPA areas and the swimming pool, and have limited access to the common areas.

The room and SPA services will be available from 5pm on the day of arrival. Any early check-in of the room and SPA services will be agreed upon arrival, subject to availability of the Resort. At check in you will be asked for a card to guarantee your stay on which a pre-authorisation of €500.00 will be made which will then be released automatically
Check-out of the room and SPA services is scheduled for 10am. Any requests to extend this time may be granted based on availability. The extension of time of use of the room requires a supplement.
